Professional Experience. Practice Areas
In the same way that in other professions, the concept of continuous training is a necessary condition for a lawyer in order to be updated and stand out professionally. Nevertheless, in my opinion, this is not a sufficient condition: it is also necessary to integrate the training into the professional practice; what not always it turns out to be easy. Therefore, I believe that learning from our own proffesional experience is one of the most effective forms of training.
